We are an established family run business providing livery facilities, riding lessons and horses and ponies for sale. As well as running the riding school, Mandy Hall is active in British Show Jumping; she was leading international owner in 2003 and owned the leading horse in that year, Limbo V. We have many top show jumping horses that compete both nationally and internationally.
At the present time our most successful showjumpers are:
Finbarr V – winner of 7 international puissance competitions in a row, ridden by Robert Whittaker
Casino – who is being ridden by John Whittaker in many Grand Prix’s on the European circuit
These horses were produced and trained at Strangeways Equestrian Centre and are still owned by Mandy Hall.
We provide BHS & NVQ student training to stage IV.
The Horses
We have a large number of horses and ponies suitable for the novice and more advanced riders. All our horses and ponies are well-mannered, responsive types that are not over-worked.
We have horses that have specialised in dressage and jumping and some of them have had international careers before joining us in the riding school.
We have the horses and facilities to train up to BHS Stage IV.
We are ABRS approved
